Here at Birdee & Star we aim to process your orders as swiftly as possible so that you can enjoy your new shinies sooner!
Our processing turnaround time is approximately 2-6 business days (not including public holidays and weekends) before your order leaves our premises.
During peak shopping times (like Mother's Day, Christmas etc.) launches and sales, please allow additional time for your order to be processed due to increased demand.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying for Express Post, please note that this does not include our processing time. Your item with still ship as per our processing time but once shipped it shall take less time to arrive.
NB: Custom and made to order items are subject to longer processing times due to their personalised nature.
We ship all orders within Australia with tracking included. We charge a flatrate of only $8 per order to cover postage and handling.
This rate covers you up to 500g (an average parcel with a few pairs only weighs around 50-100g) so you can add quite a few items to your order for better value for money!
Once your order has been shipped, we shall send your tracking number to you so that you can follow your order's journey. Time to stalk that letterbox people!

If you wish for your order to be shipped via Express Post, please select that option when placing your order. We charge a flat rate of $12 up to 500g to cover postage and handling.
However if you live in Australia and make a purchase of $75 or more in one transaction, your order will ship to you for FREE! Bonus! (Processing time still applies as mentioned above)
We ship all International orders via standard Air Mail at a flat rate ($15AUD for most countries, $12AUD for New Zealand) which is not tracked. If you spend more that $100AUD in one transaction your order will ship for FREE!
Delivery time depends on your country, but on average we have found anywhere from 7-21 days for seems to be commonplace.
If you prefer your package to include tracking (recommended with larger orders) please contact us at: email@example.com and we can arrange a quote for you. Tracked shipping is often a day or two faster than regular Air Mail depending on your country but will cost more.

In the very unlikely event that your package is damaged or lost, unfortunately this is not the responsibility of Birdee & Star. We take every measure we can to ensure that your package reaches you safely but we cannot control what happens to it once it leaves us.
At times postage can take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. If concerned, please check the status of your tracking number (if you have one) to see if there have been any updates given by Australia Post.
That being said, we care deeply about our customers so please contact us if you have any concerns and we shall help where we can.
We care about the environment and are currently working on sustainable branded packaging. Presently we ship all pieces with sustainable product packaging (often made from recycled materials like cotton t-shirts or card) that are also biodegradable. We try to steer away from using excess non-biodegradable plastics as much as possible.
Most often your order with arrive to you wrapped securely in tissue paper inside a cardboard post box. We also often recycle our bubble wrap or use other recycled padded options in it's place where necessary to cut down on waste.
